1993's: It introduced the power steering gear technology from the Delphi USA.

1996's: The Joint-venture Company of Yubei Koyo Steering System Ltd. was established.
1998's: It passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System.
2000's: The Yubei’s Technology Center was appraised the provincial level.
2001's: It passed the QS9000 Quality Management System.     
2002's: It introduced the power steering gear technology from the Koyo Japan.
2004's: It passed the ISO14001 Environment Management System.
2005's: It introduced the power steering gear technology for light truck from the Koyo Japan.
2006's: It passed the ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System.
2007's: Yubei (Xinxiang) Power Steering System Co., Ltd. was established.
2009's: Passed the ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Certification.
