It is a joint venture formed by AVIC-Yubei Machine Factory (Xinxiang), Hong Kong Guangda Investment Holdings Co., Ltd and Xinxiang Yutai Machine Equipment Co., Ltd. The stock proportion is 49.93%, 43.07%, 7%. The company succeed all the assets, technique, employees and market of the former aviation corporation Yubei Machine Factory (Xinxiang), it own the aviation technique advantage. The company has passed TS16949 quality system and ISO14001 environment management system certificate. Yubei is a high-tech enterprise, its Technology Center was appraised the provincial level.
Yubei¡¯s main product is auto power steering system, include integral power steering gear, rack-pinion power steering gear and EPS. It has 13 series and more than 100 types of product and cover passenger car, off-road vehicle, SUV, light truck and bus. A part of product has been exported to abroad. Yubei¡¯s research and development ability and mass production ability stand in front of China. In 2007, the total production volume of various steering gear is more than 1,000,000 units. Thereof, the sales volume of power steering gear used on commercial vehicle stood the No. 1 in China.
